Orders can be placed on this website, or, if you have additional questions that you want to discuss with customer service over the phone, they will assist you with your order. You will need a valid credit card to process an order by phone or website. Give us a call at 309-889-9042, Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., CST.

Standard domestic orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days. International delivery varies depending on location.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order total. All additional International fees must be paid by the recipient of the delivery. Prices may change without notice. All prices are FOB Minuteman Marketing, Inc, Kewanee, IL unless otherwise noted.

If your order was placed online or over the phone, you can use the order number on the receipt that was emailed to the address you provided when placing the order.

Having trouble with an Order?

ORDER IS DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE
Carefully inspect shipment upon receipt for damage, shortages and order correctness. Damage or shipping errors must be reported to Minuteman Marketing, Inc. at 309-889-9042 or www.minutemanpostdrivers.com/help within 48 hours. Include photos of any issues that you find.

If the order was not correct (shortage or incorrect product), Minuteman will make the necessary corrections at no cost to you.

If there is freight loss or damage, it is the Freight Carriers responsibility. We will provide you with the name and number of the Freight Carrier, but it is your responsibility to contact them and address the problem.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel any Minuteman Order, you must notify Customer Service via www.minutemanpostdrivers.com/cancel
or call 309-889-9042 prior to the order being shipped. You will need to provide the Order Number and the Email Address, entered at the time of the order, to complete this process. STEP 1: Order must be canceled prior to shipping. Your credit card will be reimbursed for the entire transaction. No cancellation fees apply. STEP 2: We will provide confirmation of the cancelled order and amount reimbursed via email.

RETURN POLICY
To return an unwanted, unused Minuteman product, you must contact Customer Service via www.minutemanpostdrivers.com/warrantyreturn or call 309-889-9042, within 5 days of receiving the product.
Minuteman Customer Service will provide you with an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) Number and shipping instructions. Ship the unused product (with no oil or gas) in its original packaging to the address provided, within 5 business days of receiving the RGA information. Once returned to the factory, the products’ condition will be reviewed. If in “new” condition, your credit card will be reimbursed for the entire transaction minus a 15% restocking fee.

If the unit is found to be in a “used’ condition, your reimbursement will be prorated accordingly.

The Customer is responsible for shipping the product, insurance, freight and any other transportation charges to return the product to the address provided by Minuteman.
